QueryAxis (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a market intelligence platform that provides analytical tools, research data, and intelligence summaries derived from publicly available information on Indian equity markets (NSE / BSE). QueryAxis is operated as a private beta service.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use QueryAxis. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. During the private beta, access is by invitation only and may be restricted or revoked at any time.
4. Your Account

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- You may not share your account or invite others to use the service without authorisation.

Market data displayed on QueryAxis is sourced from publicly available third-party providers (including Yahoo Finance). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any data — including prices, scores, signals, or intelligence summaries — is accurate, complete, timely, or free from errors.
Market data may be delayed. Intelligence scores are computed from algorithmic analysis of public data and do not reflect insider information, forward-looking guidance, or research from SEBI-registered analysts.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute QueryAxis data, scores, or intelligence without written permission.
- Use QueryAxis to engage in market manipulation or any activity prohibited under SEBI regulations.
- Attempt to access QueryAxis systems or data beyond your authorised access.
- Use automated tools to interact with QueryAxis in ways that degrade service for others.
7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of QueryAxis shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
